Help reduce your laundry micro plastics with our patent pending Eenee 100 micron filter bag for your washing machine...
Having tried and tested Eenee's Microfiber Filter Bags for Washing Machines for the past month, I have now bought more of these brilliant little devices for all the family this Christmas. They are so simple to use and to reduce our micro plastics destroying critical, multi-species' ecologies and habitats in waterways and oceans. It's the least we can do to make a difference every time we wash our clothes using any type of washing machine. Thank you to the great people at https://eenee.com/microplastics.filter.bag for designing this simple and effective solution.

By filtering the waste-water from your washing machine using the simple, easy to use Eenee Filter Bag, you can help reduce microfibers from being released into your environment.
Testing shows the eenee filter bag retains upto 80% of microfibers!

What type of washing machine does it work with?
All domestic washing machines, top loading or front loading.
The eenee filter works independently to your washing machine, the waste-water gravitationally flows through the bag, it has no effect on your washing machine.
No, you can continue to use your preferred detergent.
No, it does not require any power to work.
It is easy to see the 'tide line' of the fibers collecting in the bag and the bag is easy to see in the sink.
The bag will simply overflow into the sink and some fibers will escape down the drain.
The energy and carbon miles required to collect & transport microfibers from washing machines is excessive. In-house uses such as making mats to line the bottom of ornamental pot plants is just one idea how to reuse and contain the fibers.
You could set up a separate drainage receptacle e.g a bin with a drainage hole which is plumbed into the undersink drain and place the drainage rack over the hole (flat or on an angle to fit the receptacle), just ensure the filter is still easy to see so you don't forget to clean it.
You need to ensure the drain hole in your sink remains clear at all times, otherwise the sink can fill and overflow onto your floor. Use the drainage rack to place over the sink hole to prevent accidental blocking.
