One size fits most...
Our Medium one size fits most bubs from approx. 3 to 4 months (6 to 7kg) through to 2 to 3 years (up to 16kg). For larger bubs, our Large size will fit 15kg+ or approx 2 to 4 year olds. For Newborns and the first few busy months, we recommend using our Eenee Cotton Wraps and Small uPads .
HOW MANY DO I NEED: Our Eenee Hybrid Cotton Nappy Pants do not need changing at every nappy change as the inner pocket sling is fully waterproof (but breathable for comfort), so depending on your washing regime, you can work with as little as 3 per day (one on, one in the wash and one ready to go). If you are using them full time with cloth inserts, then 6 to 7 pairs should work. These pants will support any type of rectangular cloth insert, however, the eenee pouch cloth insert will typically absorb and hold more than double what other cloth inserts hold, and the elastic pouch helps protect the pant from getting soiled, so again fewer changes are needed while bub stays drier, and they wash and dry super fast. We suggest combining these with 12 of the eenee pouch cloth inserts if using these full time.
Our eenee compostable uPads provide a great overnight or travel nappy, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. If using these pants only with our compostable uPads, then 3 to 4 pants should be sufficient as the uPads generally protect the pants.
Tip: Pre-load a few pants for childcare or visiting grandparents so they work as easily as regular disposables. The reusable pouch cloth inserts are held in place by the inner sling pockets. The pants also have a snap on the waistband which can lock the compostable uPad in place at the back (when fastening to the front), effectively making these all in one too.
SWIMMING: To use them for swimming, take out the absorbent pad as it is best to have no absorbency in the pool. The waterproof inner sling will contain poop helping to keep pools clean. As with any poopy nappy, please exit the pool as soon as you notice and clean up before jumping back in.
MATERIALS: Made with stretch cotton/elastane outer, PU coated breathable polyester inner sling and a wide comfy nylon/elastane elastic waistband with Velcro type fasteners.
Materials and dyes are certified safe for skin contact
WASHING: Close the Velcro type fasteners (fold back on themselves), place in a laundry bag and warm wash 40C, non-chlorine bleach if required, line dry (note these dry as quickly as a cotton tee shirt). While you can warm tumble dry these if in a hurry, like all tumble drying it will wear out your cloths faster and increase your power bills.
