When you check out using your credit card details, the details must be exactly as per your credit card billing address. If you have problems having your card details accepted, then please select 'Details on File' and fax or phone your card details for the first order. If you are unable to progress to the secure check out page, you may need to change your security settings to allow secure sites.
Shipping Method in Australia:
All Express orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post or Startrack. Pad/nappy orders are generally sent Express by Startrack (1-3 days), other items if ordered with pads/nappies will be placed with the pads/nappies where possible. If you would like these to be sent to your PO Box you must select the Express freight with no 'Leave Without Authority' to cover the charge by Australia Post for this.
Bulk orders and Subscription orders of uPads and Ultimates will be sent by road via eParcel (allow up to 5 to 10 days), unfortunately we are not able to provide the discounted subscription orders to some areas, please check with us (or we will contact you if we can not supply your order).
Note: Startrack Air Express are now charging extra for attempted deliveries if you are not home to sign for the delivery, they will leave a card and take your order to the nearest Post Office for you to collect. To avoid this charge you can select the Express freight option with 'LEAVE WITHOUT AUTHORITY", but note that the goods will be left at your own risk as there is no proof of delivery, only proof that we sent it. Please type any special delivery instructions of where you would like your delivery left in the notice to us when checking out.
Small postal orders (up to 3kg) will be sent by Australia Post Express Satchel so they are trackable.
Tasmanian & Melbourne metro orders over $100 are sent freight free if you select road freight for these.
